3. Role of Hub Monix (Intermediary Platform)
Hub Monix acts as an intermediary platform. While we meticulously curate our partners, the actual services (travel, events, luxury goods, etc.) are provided by third-party entities. Hub Monix is not liable for the direct execution or quality of services provided by these third parties but will assist in resolving any issues through our concierge team.
4. User Conduct
Members are expected to maintain the highest level of decorum when interacting with partners and the Hub Monix team. Harassment, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate termination of membership.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Hub Monix app and website, including the “Hub Monix” name, logo, designs, and curated lists, are the exclusive intellectual property of Hub Monix. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Istanbul.
