Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Hub Monix, we strive to provide flawless execution of all services. However, due to the bespoke nature of ultra-luxury offerings, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.

1. Third-Party Service Providers

Hub Monix acts as an intermediary. Most services (hotels, private charters, event venues) are subject to the specific refund policies of the respective Third-Party Premium Service Provider. Hub Monix will facilitate the communication, but the provider’s terms shall prevail.

2. Hub Monix Membership Fees

Membership or access fees to the Hub Monix platform are generally non-refundable once access to the vetted community has been granted, as the value is delivered through immediate access to our global network.

3. Service Cancellations

  • Concierge & Booking Services: Cancellations made within the timeframe specified by the service provider (e.g., 48 hours for certain bookings) may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Bespoke Experiences: Custom-tailored events or unique experiences are often non-refundable due to advance commitments made to partners.

4. Dispute Resolution
