These Partner Terms and Conditions (“Partner Terms”) govern the relationship between Hub Monix and the third-party premium service providers (“Partners”) who wish to list their services on the Hub Monix platform.
1. Eligibility and Vetting
Hub Monix is a strictly vetted community. To become a Partner, you must:
- Provide proof of excellence in your specific luxury sector (Travel, Concierge, Auctions, etc.).
- Maintain the highest standards of professional discretion and quality.
- Pass our internal audit regarding service reliability and brand alignment.
2. Role of the Platform
Hub Monix acts as a digital gateway and intermediary. We provide the infrastructure for select clients to discover and connect with your services. Hub Monix does not provide the underlying services and is not responsible for the direct execution of your contractual obligations to the client.
3. Service Standards
Partners agree to:
- Deliver services with the utmost professionalism, reflecting the “Hub Monix Experience.”
- Respond to client inquiries and bookings within the timeframe established by our concierge team.
- Ensure all information listed on the platform regarding their services is accurate, up-to-date, and prestigious in presentation.
4. Fees and Commissions
The specific financial arrangements, including listing fees or commissions for successful referrals, are outlined in the individual “Service Level Agreement” (SLA) signed between Hub Monix and the Partner.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Partners must treat all client data received through Hub Monix with absolute confidentiality. Sharing client details with unauthorized fourth parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the partnership.
6. Termination
Hub Monix reserves the right to remove any Partner from the platform at any time if they fail to meet our quality standards or if their conduct is deemed detrimental to the prestigious reputation of our community.
7. Governing Law
These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
